As the primary customer contact, you use your strong people skills to analyze customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal departments to find efficient solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Customer service, Sales, Marketing or Logistics experience in manufacturing(2 years or more)
- High School diploma or College degree (preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Clear verbal and communication skills

- Limited travel to customer sites may be required
Die Cutting Operator
The position requires you to optimize and adjust high-tech machinery settings to meet production requirements, ensuring efficient performance and product quality. A keen eye for detail and orderliness to avoid mix-ups is a bonus.
Essential Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- High School Diploma
- 18+ years old
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience and/or training
- Can lift 20+ kgs
Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you ensure customer orders are ready for print production by reviewing, editing, repairing, and enhancing them. You also create new designs and provide assistance in other areas of print production as needed.
Essential Requirements:
- Familiarity with Adobe CC softwares(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro)
- Knowledge of file types, fonts, colour theory, and industry terminology
- Ability to learn new software and technology applications
- Strong communication skills for job tracking and communication with customers and teams
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal, written and math skills
