Customer Service Representative
As the primary customer contact, you use your strong people skills to analyze customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal departments to find efficient solutions. You work to improve service, ensure quality processing of orders and artwork to drive customer satisfaction through excellent communication. A 3-month training period familiarizes you with our processes and products, enabling you to handle all customer requests.

Die Cutting Operator
The position requires you to optimize and adjust high-tech machinery settings to meet production requirements, ensuring efficient performance and product quality. A keen eye for detail and orderliness to avoid mix-ups is a bonus.
Job Details:
As a Die Cutting Operator, you will:
- Troubleshoot and maintain die-cutting equipment
- Record production data and verify customer specs
- Perform general housekeeping and quality checks
- Ensure safe equipment setup and operation.
Essential Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- High School Diploma
- 18+ years old
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience and/or training
- Can lift 20+kgs
Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you ensure customer orders are ready for print production by reviewing, editing, repairing, and enhancing them. You also create new designs and provide assistance in other areas of print production as needed.
Job Details:
- To work on new designs and revisions of existing files. This includes typesetting, illustrations, photo manipulation, logo design, branding, and printed collateral design
- Advising customer service and clients on graphic options based on project artwork, material selection, and technologies
- Imposing digital files for print and bindery production
- Preparing variable data projects (e.g. mail merges, numbering, personalization)
- Communicating effectively and professionally with clients and advise on any issues concerning their files or deadlines
- Optimizing client graphic files for proofing and production results
- Scheduling jobs by due dates or as requested by management
- Maintaining consistency in file and production with past and similar jobs
- Sending proofs to customers and follow up until approval is received
Essential Requirements:
- Familiarity with Adobe CC software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro)
- Knowledge of file types, fonts, colour theory, standardized styles, and industry terminology
- Ability to learn new software and technology applications
- Strong communication skills to keep jobs on track and communicate with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as math skills
- Adherence to file preparation, naming, and organization standards.
